Jason Jenkins graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 with a major in History and a minor in Political Science. He then attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida and graduated cum laude. He passed the bar exam on his first try and was admitted to the Florida Bar as an attorney in 2013. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is accredited to represent veterans before the Veteran's Administration. He is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). Jason Jenkins chose Social Security disability as a practice area because he gets to represent everyday hardworking people who are going through a difficult circumstance and need a quality advocate on their side. Over the past 7 years, he has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security disability claimants throughout Florida, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In his free time, Mr. Jenkins likes to spend time with his family and doing woodworking in his garage.
